Jeff Darlington said on Total Acess that a Dolphins player texted him asking what the hell Ireland was doing and that front office people were confused by Jeff Ireland's plans or lack thereof.

Wow, even the front office people don't know what he's doing? Makes you wonder now about Matt Flynn...I bet Philbin really wanted him and Ireland didn't want to pay him. This makes it sound like Ireland is going rogue on the organization.
 
It's basically to the point where all you can do is just stand back and laugh..

What front office people? Is it the coaches? or the secretaries working at the Dolphins facility?
 
oh no, ireland didn't gather all the players before free agency started and tell all of them exactly what he wanted to do in free agency and the draft? i'm sure none of them would have told anybody or tweeted any of the team's plans. damn you ireland! don't you know the players watch NFL network! lmao
 
I think he's bringing this ship down cause his best bud Sparano got canned. Ireland is probably another closet Jets fan as well get rid of him before he makes this franchise any worse.
 
Can't fire him until after the draft at the earliest.
 
We're all assuming he has a plan. Unless he pulls a rabbit out of his butt i don't see it.
