Jeff Darlington of the Herald writes that "As the Dolphins held their first full-contact workout of the year Sunday, it became clear this team has no intentions of being timid. The hits were hard. The grunts were loud. And the energy was thick."

With the decisions coaches have to make, specially on offense, I believe it's good that they hit as if they were in season games, at least at the beginning.

I won't be convinced until they do that to their opponents in the regular season. That is when it counts. Beating up on your own teammates in practice doesn't mean a thing.

This quote is what really caught my attention, and one that is great to hear.

''That was probably the interesting thing today,'' Cameron said. ``We want to stay off the ground, we want there to be a thud, and we want to let the back run through. But our defense just refuses to let our back run through, and we're going to have to find a way to get that addressed. But that's a good problem to have.''
