Darlington kind of suggesting were in a rebuilding mode

New England always has 56 picks in the draft, they don't rebuild. Yeah they have a HOF QB and money TEs but how else do you get players like that? THE DRAFT
 
This team is pretty good. We don't need to rebuild. Just add some pieces and we can compete.
 
How 'bout "re-styling" for a new HC and team concept. Look up Indianapolis Colts for the definition of re-building.

sorry to break it to you but this team needs alot lot lot lot more then just a few pieces to compete for anything thats not a top 5 pick in next years draft. We have no QB, now no real WR's, a below average TE and oline, we r losing 2 of our 3 or 4 top Dlinemen and we have no playmakers at DB except for vonte. Oh and we need a passrusher outside of wake to do something. On top of that we havent done anything in FA cuz our moron of an owner and gm r sitting on eachothers thumbs waiting to get shot down by manning. So all of the decent FA will be gone by then and we will be left with the trash no one else wanted playing here, like say marc columbo and people like that. so please tell me how or who r we going to get to fill these "few" pieces to be a contendor next year?
 
We all look to these guys like they know something we dont....There is nothing wrong with having extra picks..There is nothing wrong with trading an underacheiving, overpaid WR for picks...The fact is Miami has not been winning so why would we keep the players we have if were not winning? Its pretty obvious to me that we need new players..and the best way to get new players on the cheap is the draft.

This is completely false. This team is BAD. It will take a LOT more than a couple pieces to compete. Our secondary is much worse than people want to admit, our D-line will be short Soliai, we have no #1 WR, and depsite investing a multitude of picks/FA money into our o-line, it is bad as well. This team is NOT a few pieces away, stop drinking the Ireland/Ross kool-aid.

THIS.. we arent anywhere near contending. We were, but that changed in less than a 24 hour period.

And why would we keep the guy responsible for picking the players that translate into not winning? I don't know, but we did, so there is no logic to your statement.
