Darlington: There will be clarity by day's end

Ross: "well, um, umm, we've made a decision. In the end it was an easy decision, umm. so, umm, at the end of the day, at this point in time, overall...we are close...so, we will keep it together...first class organization...we're really close. So umm. That is it."

Well I have it on good authority from Moe Torboat that Mike Sherman will resign and Zac Taylor will be promoted.

I really hope that's a joke. Not the Sherman resigning part, but the Taylor to OC part.

I predict Ireland is out and Joe gets more power.

God I hope so! People complain about Philbin and his damn post game speeches with note cards......I say who cares! I think Philbin needs more power and Ireland has had his time.....this last draft was a disaster.....along with the Wheeler signing. The only transaction made that made financial sense was Grimes........I like Wallace, but he is overpaid....

You forgot: " and to show how excited and enthused I am about this group, they are all getting a two year extension at TWICE the pay...."

Just my opinion, but i believe he will announce that he is optimistic of our future, disappointed in the final weeks that we weren't able to get into the post-season. I believe he will retain Philbin (unless Philbin hung his hat entirely on the Mike Sherman coat-rack) he will announce that Mike Sherman will stay on as an asst. coach (b/c of RT) unless Sherman wants to walk (and good luck to the team that hires him to ruin, errr, i mean run their offense); he will announce that Coyle will be replaced and that Jeff Ireland will pursue other opportunities and that effective immediately we will begin a search for an aggressive, experienced GM that can assesmble the positive pieces left by Ireland and bring in some cream that will rise to the top in the next draft...again, just my opinion.
On a side note, i think whoever decided that Lamar Miller and Daniel Thomas would be able to handle the load and we could let Reggie walk should be tarred, feathered, and marched into the street as a complete idiot.
I hope we give Keller another shot, add another big body receiver, revamp the entire line (less Pouncey but also bring in some viable competition for him too so he doesn't get comfortable) as well as some beef at ILB. if anyone on the DL is going to be allowed to walk, I say let it be Starks...Soliai should stay and get paid

"I've decided that...uhhhh...well...I've decided that...uhhhh...staying the course is...uhhhhhh...the right decision for...winning tradition...uhhh (clears throat)...Jeff and Joe's work ethic is second to none and...uhhh...glory days to South Florida...uhhhh...."

I think Ross will announce that he believes he's the reincarnation of Charlie Chaplin and wants to tap dance for a living.
