Please... PLEASE .... at the VERY least get rid of Ireland. I mean I cant stomach another year with him.

I hope Ross gives me ANY reason to believe this team will be better next year. But I'll bet Philbin gets more say in personnel and Ireland remains GM but "final say" goes to joe. Not the clean house I was hoping for

Nope, I have a problem with Sherman and most of the O-coaches, don't care one way or the other on Ireland (As long as they don't bring a bigger disappointment), but if you clean house every year, there will never be any chemistry between the players.

If you and many here disagree with what his decision is, then it must be the worst decision possible, because the answer is always to simple and the fans normally know better then the staff.

Its been SIX years with Ireland. Philbin I can deal with for another year or so.
