we have been taking the high hard one for several years now from an nfl clueless owner who makes decisions on pointless loyalties instead of wins and losses and talent.

this is just being rolled over and done from the other side. fire sherman, he being this years scape goat. last year it was bill parcells with ross saying to the media how we would ALL SEE how different things would be now that he and jeff were FINALLY "on their own".

jeff ireland stays because after ross decided to make him the face of the harbaugh fiasco, if ross fires him, he wont get another GM gig. AND, after they threw parcells under the buss and told everyone to hang on to their seats, this year was going to be sensational, he has to try and save face.

its a 3-SOME and the fans are the sandwich in the middle being done from both ends.
 
You're quite correct. Ross will not panic, nor will he allow fans to dictate what he believes. He will take his time; he will consult with his advisers; he will sit down with Ireland and Philbin and discuss the problems and solutions, and then, and only then, after careful deliberation and insightful consideration will he come to the worst decision possible.

and if so, how has all that no panicing and shrugging off the fans [his money from football] and steely deliberations ad insight from those two worked out so far?

If Ireland and Turner aren't fired as well, the only clarity that will be achieved is that Ross is clearly over his head as an NFL owner.

Clarity? The only thing that's clear here is the fans are getting ****ed year after year with these inferior teams.
