I am glad Darnold is gone from the division and I liked him out of college and think he got that short end in NY which I was glad about at the time

True. It's really hard to judge failure with a franchise like the Jets over the last decade. Watching Darnold play is impressive. He certainly has all the tools to succeed.

I suspect Darnold will do well with Carolina. I think they've got an up-and-coming HC, who is a smart offensive mind, who will put him in a position to succeed. There's also talent around him on the offense. I'm certainly not an expert on Darnold, but it always seemed clear to me the kid had a lot of talent. He also seemed to have a bit of a gunslinger mentality. He didn't have much chance with the Jets. Never put in a good position there.

Wilson is an entirely unknown commodity for me. To me, he seems like a boom or bust prospect. It'll be interesting to see what becomes of him.
