RAIDERS: DT Darrell Russell has been arrested on suspicion of DUI and speeding, according to the San Jose Mercury News. Russell currently is serving a one-year suspension for violating the league's substance-abuse policy, and he possibly will be prosecuted for videotaping the alleged rape of a female acquaintance. He'd apparently been to a Nevada brothel before the most recent arrest. (There's no word on whether he had his video camera with him at the brothel.)
