1. The Dolphins have had free safety issues the past two games. Darren Sharper is out there - at least for now. The Dolphins wouldn't have a chance if Green Bay gets in the picture, and it might after losing Nick Collins. But Sharper is scheduled to work out in Denver on Tuesday, so it's not like he's just listening to contending teams.
Here's what Sharper said on his Twitter account @sharper42 about 10 p.m. Monday night:
"Very interesting things going on ... stay tuned!"
Not sure if this was posted, but IMHO, we need to do something to address this. Clemons is injured and Reshad Jones is not there yet developmentally. We need a smart veteran presence back there to improve our secondary.
