The storybook season that could have been made way for one all to familiar for Dolphins fans -- poor offense, coaching changes, missed playoffs. But Culpepper, who ended his second consecutive season early because of injury, said being on the outside looking in only makes him hungrier.

"When I look at what a team like New Orleans was able to do, and I look at all the parity in the league, I get excited because I know we have the pieces to make some noise," he said.

I like Daunte alot.

I almost feel sorry for the opposing defenses next year.....

Almost.
:evilmod:

I can't wait to see what Daunte can do with his knee back at full health and the determination he has. He wants to succeed for what is his home team so bad and I really hope it works out for him.

hes always been a baller in the sense of i want to go out and kill you evne if im up 30 pts i want 40 pts on you. thats what i liked. he has that side of him but if reports are true about his head part then that kinda diminishes that doesnt it

He needs to prove it with actions not words.

I hope Culpepper's actions speak louder than words!

I hope Culpepper cuts down on those homminy grits smothered in butter!

I would love to see Culpepper prove all the critics wrong, but to tell you the truth I'm not holding my breath. I hope he can overcome the physical issues, but what I'm more worried about (and was worried about before we traded for him) is his decision making. The guy has to learn to read defenses better or we'll never be anything but a middle of the road team with him. Here's hoping Cam can work some miracles with his mental grasp of the game.

Good stuff. I hope he has a great comeback, like Marino did the year after the achilles injury.
