First of all, they are giving an A+ rehab, not even an A or a B+, but thats not the strong point why I say he will be ready, the strong point is that no team can be without a leader QB while training, because, you have to put your leader QB to absorb the system at least 4 1/2 months before the season begins, so if they werent sure that Daunte will start the season, they would pull the trade for Harrington immediately, even for a 5th round pick if he is the best QB in the market which he is, so the reason that we will take Harrington, because we will in June is for a non-starting backup role, is for a prevention in the case that Daunte is re-injured (hope not).

In other words Saban might be pretty sure that Daunte will be starting, if not, Harrington would be here now absorbing the system..., thing that Daunte is currently doing!!!

:dolphins: Go Fins!!!

Good Point!! Man I hope you're right!!!! We need Culpepper under center!!!

YUP! I just saw it on ESPN Motion before. It looks as though they're very upbeat about his progress thus far. His rehab is going strong....he's earned respect from his teammates. Not to mention they said that he's the first and last guy out of the weight room. Which shows that he's ready and dedicated to make this team stronger than ever. I'm pretty excited right now !

I just hope nobody rushes him back and he re-injures his knee and misses even more time. I am really looking forward to him in a Phins uniform but I am willing to wait for the good of the team.

Hope daunte can come back week 1, but im mroe concerned with the whole season, so lets not rush him back please!!!

Or it could be to put some pressure on the Lions to release Joey early or settle with them. If they think we won't need JH, they are more likely to dump him or come down in price where we want them to be..??? Just a thought....

I still don't think that DC will be ready 2 full months before his "scheduled" recovery time...ACLs just don't heal that way, even if it is a QB rather than other positions...He can be as optimistic as he wants to be, but only time will really tell. Can we afford to wait on JH and then find out in July or August that DC won't be ready ??? And have to scramble to get him up to speed ??

This is NFL you just don't dump the other teams..., ask Saban when he tried to dump Cleveland when he said he was going to take Braylon Edwards instead of Running Brown, the Lions' know we are going to get Harrington even if Culpepper is ready to play, because is the best backup QB in the market and we need a backup QB, this isn't that like you say "I dont have a QB for a while, but it could just wait..." C'mon...

thats a pretty good assumption but lets not get our hopes up. usually im optimistic but the whole point is to have DC come back and play healthy.. If DC is able to come back at 100% before week four, he might be put up for league mvp with the numbers he could be puttin up with our offense squad of DC,RB,CC,RM.. and with the new editions to our defense, most likely we will be SB candidates for a few years... Maybe we can be the Next dynasty in the AFC and make people forget bout the Pats but only time will tell.. all we need is for DC to come back at 100% and stay that way.
