Don't even think it, please. Harrington would do fine, but we want DC playing every down this year.

its good to see culpepper going after fumbles and such, he is going to have to do it in a live game if it is necessary. why not shake off the rust and the worries and just go for things. were you fearful that he was gonna ruin his knee by sprinting downfield on some practice plays?? These guys have to play balls to the wall so to speak and c-pep is proving he is almost ready:dolphins:

1: Daunte was gong on instincts. He has seen so many fumbles that he just reacted.
2: Daute knew that as long as no one jumped on him, he would be okay diving for the ball.
3: Coach Saban forgot to remind Daunte not to do that, something he won't forget again.
 
I don't mind him diving for balls either as its a part of football. Just because he is coming off a knee injury does not mean he has to watch out as if he was walking on glass or need to go about his biz as if he is tap dancing in a land mine. Every player has to be concerned about injury in the back of their mind. But, they are players and professionals and at a point must prepare for any given game situation.

I put it this way I much prefer him diving for balls in practice then go about riding bikes without helmets!
 
Okay lets end this Cullpepper is going to start all 16 regular season games and play in 3-4 playoff gAmes there end of disscousion
