daunte's cap situation

I know we save somewhere between 1 and 2 mil if we cut him this year and have a large amount of dead cap money next year. Does anyone know how much daunte would count against the cap next year and his dead cap number the year after next if we cut him next year? It should be less right.

After june 1, cut or traded 1.4 cap # in 2007 and 4.2 cap # in 2008.
...
If it's after June 1st, I believe the savings would be 940k.

That more reasonable than I thought. I thought the dead cap money next year was in the 5-6mil range. Good bye daunte.
