Wanny coaches out of fear.
That's one of the reasons he is going to stick by Jay Fiedler come hell or high water, and he will likely lose his job because of this in a couple of years. He won't make a change because we won 11 games with him at QB. He won't look at another QB and say, "We might win 13 with that guy because he has more ability, will allow us to do more offensively." He's afraid of what changing the QB position will do to his career because of what he went through in Chicago with the QB position.
I don't think Wanny realizes that if he doesn't get this team to the Superbowl within the next two years, H. Wayne will can him.
