With the additions of Junior Seau, Charlie Rogers, Jeff Zgonina, Terrell Buckley, Marco Battaglia and Derrius Thompson, we have gone out and tried to address some positions and areas where we felt we could improve ourselves. That is always the key. We also felt as though we added a lot of quality depth in the draft, particularly on the offensive line.

We threw Jamar Fletcher into the mix last year as our nickel back, and he showed improvement as the season went along. For a third-year player he is very young (23) and I think another year in our offseason program will be a big help to him
