Wow. Was that guy a bust or what. I guess thats what steroids do to you. Im glad we got rid of him. Just another genius example of Wanstedt.

Also i have been looking extensivelyand without success to try and find the nike pro apparrel commerical. Its the one where Brian Urlacher has the cage mask and Albert Pujols has the wood mask, and some other players. If any body can give me a link that would be great!

how was he a bust?

He was a monster when he played for the cards and chargers, he just got injury proned when he came to use, doenst mean hes a bust

He was damaged goods when we got him from the Chargers.
Why do you think he only cost us a 6 rounder

He was a waste of roster space

C'mon now. The trade for Boston actually sounded great at the time. The guy was a monster before the injury bug kicked in. Saban resigned him again last year so all the blame can't go on Wanny. Thats just football. Not all of the players brought in will help. Take McDougal for example. I thought he'd be an instant starter and the guy rode the bench must of the season. Anyhow, I wish Boston the best of luck in T.B. Hopefully he can stay healthy and get back on track.

hindsight is 20/20. this was a good, cheap pick up for the wanny regime. boston has massive potential even today. his mind and body are just not in the right place...who coulda predicted that, after all, he did have flashes of greatness with the chargers and cardinals.

He was a monster with the Cardinals, but sadly injuries ruined his career.

this guy WAS a monster but just not doing his thing for us.. gluck tampa

I just thought it was great when we had two former pro-bowl WRs that weren't even our #1 guy.

yea, I thought David Boston was just gonna come here and do some major things . . damn injury bug.

Maybe if he had dedicated himself to football instead of bodybuilding and didn't take all those roids he wouldn't have been so injury plagued. I think he was 225 lbs. when he came out of college. Why a wide receiver needed to bulk up to 260 lbs. is beyond me. His frame couldn't carry that much extra weight and I believe that contributed to his injuries.

Don't forget that this guy was the one who punched a 70 year old ticket attendant. His problems and misfortunes are his own undoing and I have no sympathy for him.

He got signed by the Bucs today...good riddens. He and Bonds should be the poster childs of the effect of steriods on the body. He's washed up.

does anybody actually have proof that he used steroids???and he wasnt a bust...its not like we traded much for him...he was a top 10 receiver with arizona but sadly injuries got him
