Jeeze, POstermaster, you've been doing a lotta spam this week.

Silly, pointless poll. The majority opinion about Joey last year was that he wasn't a very good quarterback. The majority opinion on Carr is he's a good quarterback on a very pathetic team. Has Joey signed with anyone yet? I wonder why? Kitna, a career journeyman QB, was very productive with the Lions last year. Joey plays scared. Carr has no fear. Big difference.

For me both QB's would do the same on this team, what do you think?
carr actually put up numbers in houston and leading league in passing %. he actually was good when he wasnt getting sacked. if carr goes to the right team, one with a decent line, then he could be good.

You can't complain about Carr's ex-team, just because he had elite corps recieving for him (Andre Johnson and Eric Moulds)

I personally take this one on Carr...

The Texans never have had a winning record, and Carr often was the scapegoat. He completed 60 percent of his passes, but also threw 65 interceptions and was sacked 249 times in five seasons.
Houston hoped Carr would flourish under new coach Gary Kubiak last season, but the Texans went 6-10.

so you are saying it is carrs fault that he is getting sacked so much. I DONT THINK SO!. the lack of offensive line is why he got sacked so many times and was the lead contributer to his interception cuz he doesnt have time to throw.

I'd say the same thing on Culpepper on his first games with the Dolphins, why don't we give him another opportunity?

Johnson had Charles Johnson type measurables when he was drafted but plays like a possession receiver.
I don't think they would have cut Moulds if he was an elite receiver. (which nobody has signed)
The offensive line was a joke and they had no runner.
Other than that, Carr had great offensive weapons to work with.

im not saying we shouldnt but DC has more problems than just miamis o-line. He needs to repair those four torn legiments in his knee and maybe he will return to miami in his 2004 form in a few years and take us to the superbowl. but i still want a franchise QB for the future like Quinn, Russell, or staton, maybe even BYU QB if we have around three years to wait to see him blossom, but our defense cant wait that long cuz JT, and ZT are gonna retire soon in 3-4 years. we need to get to business with this QB situation or we will have to work alot on our D too.
