that is awesome.

he really has gone a good way towards redeeming himself. He's making plays, catching most everything (does he have any drops?)...and here is making a block on Harrison, springing Ronnie:

He's really showing that talent everyone's talked about since they signed him. Fasano and Martin have been as big a plus as I could've expected going into the season I thought we'd be drafting a TE high next year. His only real problem last year was his hands and unless I just jinxed him that doesn't appear to be a problem. Now I can't see a reason to. They need to keep it up but I love it.
 
Well, they wanted guys who could play special teams. That may have been what tipped the scales.
 
He still has to improve his blocking. There were a number of plays in the first few weeks where the tackles were directly attributeable to Martin missing blocks. He has gotten better, but he still has room for improvement.
 
Martin is better as a backup. I think that's why he did so well in Green Bay. I think he's better when he isn't forced to be "the guy".

Can we say that we are set at TE for now...All we need is a true # 1 receiver..

Witten in his first year or two with the Cowboys SUCKED at blocking also.

Martin WILL improve his blocking.
