"Most players will get mad or frustrated, but I love it, because it's always keeping me humble," Bess said before the Make-A-Wish banquet.

"Knowing that there's always someone out there to knock you down. In this league, you can never be satisfied. There is always room for improvement."

Bess said he wants to get better in every aspect.

"There were a couple of times last year that I dropped the ball," Bess said.

"There were a couple of times that I misread a coverage, and ran the wrong route."

With him in the slot, Ginn at #2, and a legit # 1 with Henne able make all the throws with the O-line we are building!!!!!!!! Man, I can only imagine!

You've basically missed what these guys saying.. They feel they have what it takes and you just Kiper'ed them.

Do you think TO would ever admit he dropped the ball or ran the wrong route?

I seriously think we might have the hungriest WR corp in football right now.

That's a whole lot of posts to pass over to get to this... I just want the main stuff not all that other stuff although I do like that you guys picked a solid player that will contribute for many years to support.

I never like passing over posts because then I say something someone else has said or something like that and people who have actually been following the thread get pissed at me.

Posting the actual article in a separate thread is good for me.

Ah man that's low...I wouldn't Kiper anyone...hehe I like our receivers a lot, except I don't think we have a solid #1. I think that it is less amplified not having a legit #1 when your QB spreads the ball around with a high 60% completion rate.

He's got more upside than Welker. Just as quick, good hands and appears a bit stronger.

I know a lot of times people knock our WR's, but I love how these guys are hungry, and have the desire to get better. I said this back during the season: Our receivers aren't bad, they're just very young.

Ginn - Will turn 24 in April
Camarillo - Will turn 27 in April
Bess - Will turn 24 in September
London - Will turn 25 in October

kiper'ed them i.e. belittled them, disrespected them, underestimated them etc. covers a multitude of sins. very clever:up:
DB is a very good, very solid, a very tough receiver. look for him to step up big time this year. the entire receiving corp should reap the harvest of the new offensive line.
