***day 1 Of Minicamp***

I don' know why any rookie wouldn't be signed at this point. All the salaries are slotted so there isn't much wiggle room for the agents to work with.
If I had a lottery ticket worth at least a few hundred thousand, I wouldn't risk it for a few more thousand or some "off set langauge."

It was more about available cap room, they waited until the "Suh" money became available

Last I heard four not signed yet. Gisecki, Baker, Smythe, and Ballange.

You'd expect the announcements to be made today or tomorrow with Gesicki and Baker.

It's telling that last week they announced multiple signings on the same day. They will likely do the same with the remaining guys. You have got to believe that agents themselves are pretty busy this time of year too.

This team has planned every single action they've taken this off-season. In side that building I am sure they are excited to shut people up.

Also, great to hear Lippett's back on the field. He can only be a + at this point.

Having the injuries we had last year sucked, the only silver lining is that they happened so early that our most valuable IR'd guys are so far ahead of the players who got hurt in the regular season.

Getting every rookie's deal done should be a done deal this week you'd think. It'll be nice to have everyone under contract so that the players can focus on playing better and not on money.

Some interesting notes. Kalen Ballage with a nice blitz-beating catch for a touchdown from Brock Osweiler. Mike Gesicki blocked a 1st string defensive player into the dirt on a run play. Jakeem Grant getting his ear talked off by Steve Ross (I imagine that's a good thing). Grant also with a nice catch over Taveze Calhoun, who seems to get picked on. Tannehill with the touchdown to Kenny Stills. William Hayes and Andre Branch would-be sacks.
