I haven't. I use Firefox browser and haven't had any problems.

It is true about the server load though. If there's too many people trying to access the videos, it won't connect. One thing you can try to help diagnose the problem is to right-click on the video window. If you have a menu option that says "Error Details", click on that and open it up. That should help tell you where the problem lies (if you have "Error Details", that means an error occurred trying to get the video -- most likely a server issue where there's too many people trying to connect.).
