Day One Practice Notes per Sun-Sentinal...

Agree with your totally on Marshall. I think we need to be realistic with our rookies, it is much more likely that 2nd and 3rd year players break out so the Pruitts, Wallaces and so on of this world really need to step up. If they don't they will get cut because Philbin has no special attachment to them.

There are very VERY few "sacred cows" on a 6-10 team. PRUITT, MOORE, WALLACE and GATES better "stand and deliver", or else! But w/MARSHALL gone, at least they'll have a chance to show what they can really do. Ditto, everyone else, for that matter.

Good to here about Pat Devlin too.............

This season is one of the most interesting in a long time. I can't wait to see what our opening roster/depth chart will look like on week 1. God it would be great if when Tannehill gets to camp he gets a fair shot and lights it up

Julius Pruitt has apparently gotten some playing time in the slot. And this:

" Based on day one Jeff Fuller appears to be the rookie to beat when it comes to making the 53 man roster."

Both make me wonder how the slot WR position is going to work out. I like Fuller, and as an added bonus I like how he is a beast of a blocker. Reggie Bush and Lamar Miller will appreciate that.
