This is such a huge game for us. If we win this we will be out of the basement of the NFL and people will finally be talking about us in a good way.

I just thought to myself about how good this team could be with an extra week of preparation. We seemed incredibly disciplined last week and with 2 weeks there is even more time to get everyone healthy, think of a good game plan, and fine tune the offense and defense.

I am super pumped for this game

I'm excited...but man am I nervous as well. We did SOOO Good last game. It'll be so easy to revert back to the Cardinal's Dolphins.

I'm with you...I'm excited. And my hopes are starting to rise again for the first time in a LOOOOONG time. I just hope I'm not disappointed again,

Lets hope history repeats itself post 1993

—The Dolphins have defeated the Chargers six consecutive times, the longest such streak by Miami over any opponent. The Chargers' last win over Miami came in 1993.

Not to mention this game is really important. Besides the fact that it's an AFC team, it could have playoff complications if we get that far.

I had planned on blowing this game off two weeks ago. I have Sunday Ticket and watched virtually every painful moment of last season. I was so fed-up after the AZ debacle, I decided to take the afternoon off.

Needless to say that plan fell by the wayside after the beat-down they laid on the Pats. Good thing I was saving it as a surprise for the wife. Otherwise I’d be stuck with afternoon of home improvement.

Iam more excited about this game then any game since danny retired, its think its a groundbreaking game that we should all try to get to and support the team, tell a friend, lets try to fill the stadium

I'm not too enthused. This team has stepped on my heart one too many times for me to get all gushy about them. I am excited in the fact that (hopefully) a competetive team is out there Sunday. However, the Arizona game still looms LARGE in my mind and this is a squad (The Chargers) with a pretty potent running game as well as a solid passing O.

If Miami keeps it close or even pulls it out, I may "loosen" the belt I have wrapped around my emotions.

hopefully they (the chargers) look right pass this game to next week again the patriots.. they might get caught looking ahead..

Until Henne starts, every win is meaningless to me. He is the future of this franchise and key to controlling the division in the next few seasons. I only watch to observe our young players. Jake Long I've been very happy about.

Get out of my head.:err:

My favorite win against the Chargers was in 05, when we went into San Diego and busted their playoff hopes.

I really think we can get a win this weekend. It just depends on how well our D holds up.

The Patriots had no real running game, and really relied on their short-passing game. The Chargers are alot more multi-dimensional than that. Of course, they have to travel all the way across the country after that miserable win against Oakland.

It's a tossup.

I don't believe the Phins will win this game, the Chargers are too good.

If the Dolphins do win, I will be shocked.

GO PHINS~!

I am nervous as hell about this one, I just hope that we put up a fight win or lose Im not going to say due to the pats game that were where we should be but I due think we are starting to gel and the offense is getting comfortable with eachother.

It's important for a young & rebuilding team like ours to string two good games together. In past years, after a great win, we'd come out flat for a game like this.

Win, lose, or draw we need to show that we're for real--that playing Miami isn't a freebie on anyone's schedule. But as GoonBoss said our chances really depend on which of the three Dolphin teams that we've shown so far show up against the Chargers.
