yowzers! now tell me landry STILl isn't that tempting!

personally, im stuck btw Adams and Landry along with Brown maybe/quinn if hes there for our pick. and wuolndt mind Ginn Jr. but landry being so big, hard hitting and a 4.35 just made it 100% he is a top 10! also on the right shows the 40 times for the DB and many ran SLOW times.

I've been a big fan of Landry since day one. I like Nelson better but Landry definitely claimed the #1 Safety spot with those impressive times.

Chris Houston is a beast as well. He'll be climbing the charts real quick.

Landry is tempting, but houston is the guy I really want. Depending how Revis runs, I could see houston, hall (4.39? Wow, faster than most of us figured) or revis going first.

nelsons time dissapointed me. i thought at lesat 4.40 range

I still think Houston and Revis are better corners than Hall even with his good time. If Houston was 4-5 inches taller he'd be a top 5 pick.

The top of the draft board just got a little more crowded.

Branch, Brown, Landry & Quinn.

I tink Hall/Houston/Revis have all solidified themselves as top 20(maybe 15) picks. I think Houston will, and should, jump ahead of Hall, but Revis/Hall IMO are interchangeable. IMO I don't think you can go wrong with any of the 3.

Now whoever drafts McCauley on the other hand...

I'd be happy with McCauley at #40.

Guys, take a look at Wendling's numbers. Not bad for a SS from Wyoming. I'd grab him at #40.

I think thats a little high for him personally. The guy really had a nice combine and improved his stock a lot...but probably more than it should be in my opinion. A more talented player should definitely be available...perhaps Sidney Rice after his slow forty.

I would definately consider Landry an option. I'll throw him in the mix with Quinn/Levi Brown/Ginn Jr./Gaines Adams.

Not only is LAndry a physical specimen for the position, he has the competitiveness and attitude towards the game every team looks for in their players. He is VERY bright as well.

Landry is a sure fire pick at #9. The only players I would think about choosing over Landry at #9 would be Gaines or Branch.

Landry is gonna be a beast but I bet we don't him draft cause we picked that bum Allen last year.

Agree with you guys though Quinn, Brown or Landry would be cool with me

:chuckle: Funny how alot of people were so against taking a safety again until Landry lit up the combine. No one specific BTW, just a general observation. I caught some flak for having him in my mock.

I've been gung ho about him since I thought Bell wasn't playing all that great.
