When he stepped up out of the pocket which drew the D to him and he hits a wide open receiver for a 1st down. I have seen plenty of opportunities where he is able to step up and run or even draw the D towards him for a half a second. IMO he needs to do more of this, i believe it will open up more opportunities. I put alot of the blame on WR and coverage sacks than the OL. WR are not seperating at the LOS quick enough (except for Welker)and DC needs to step up out of the pocket.
