Forget about the debates over Tebow's ability as a Quarterback for a moment- having spent decades down here in sofla and currently living here now, I can tell you this- this franchise is as close to irrelevant as I've ever seen. I don't care if Tebow only was in five plays per game, it would give a spark and a lift to a franchise that is becoming far less relevant than it once was. And by that, I mean rock bottom.
Jeff Ireland seems like a straight up a** hole who lacks the balls to take shots at greatness with any move, not just this Tebow debacle, with Tebow now playing for, uh, the Jets. Stephen Ross is flat out stupid for not ORDERING dumb f*** Ireland to spend a 4th round pick on Tebow to at least generate some fan INTEREST and EXCITEMENT down here.
This team is so f****** boring that I don't even particularly look forward to the games anymore, it's like watching grass grow or cars rust. Ross and Ireland had a shot, and they blew it. If Ireland still has a job by draft day and if he can get his head out of his fat a** he'll find a way to draft Brandon Weeden. Other than that, he can go f*** himself.
