I hear a lot of people complaining or concerned about ruining henne's timing or game feel by taking him out for a series of wildcat plays. something being overlooked that I had thought about and then heard Sparano say during a press conference, is that when that happens, its like a timeout.
essentially, henne is getting like 6-8 timeouts a game. they are able to talk to him on the sidelines and setup the next few plays or give him some intel on the defense. and you notice, they usually run 2-3 wildcat plays in a row maybe that's to give them extra time with henne on the sideline.
its pretty smart, honestly. its a change of pace to the defense, having to defense the wildcat and then back to a conventional offense and back again. and it give henne what is essentially extra timeouts during drives. and he doesnt seem effected by coming out a few plays anyway.
