Deep ball to Wallace.

It was a bad throw, not excusing that, but when is Wallace gonna go up and fight.

if we still had Marshall he would've slowed down and outplayed that CB and scored. Not Wallace though.

He plays like a *****..

agreed and he never comes back to the ball.

Somebody show him the classic video of Shula showing how Warfield comes back to the ball.

I'm kind of at the point where I think we need to stop asking about Wallace going up and fighting for the ball. Sure, we'd like it if he did that. But he's not Brandon Marshall. Not many receivers are. His game is speed, not physicality. It's like questiong Dwyane Wade for not being a better rebounder. He is what he is and he's been very successful at that. We just aren't taking advantage of his strengths.

I don't think that Tannehill throws a good deep ball. Too often they seem to flutter about. Wallace was able to make a break and had to wait for it to arrive.

It was a bad throw, yet its trajectory was straight into Wallace's hands tailing down. Wallace has to go up and get that ball, he HAS TO. He fights for that ball, he either catches it or turns into a DB to keep it from the DB. But if he fights for it, it's likely he would have benefited from a PI call there.

It's not the first time I've seen Wallace sit and wait for a pass while his opponent gets his hands on it. He needs to take off the clit ring and get dirty.

Over the past three games, there has been multiple borderline throws that Wallace has given zero effort to come down with. Right or wrong, I think it will continue on these bad throws until Tannehill improves his accuracy downfield.

Asking Wallace to go get the ball is like asking RT to hit him in stride with the ball it's not in his skill set.

Honestly Tannehill should just try to overthrow him and be surprised that Wallace runs under it.

Yeah, Wallace has awful ball skills. Under throw and all, he needs to come back and make the catch. DB never saw it.

The thing about Wallace in someways similiar to Ginn is that he really starts to move after about 30-40 yards. Tannehill seems to fail to realize this, especially when he already has the defender beat he is just getting started.

He's not a savvvy WR. He is what he is at this point. The very least RT can do is overthrow the ball and let him use the skill he has speed to try and get it. Certainly a better option than underthrowing it and asking him to use a skillset he doesn't have, fight the defender for the ball.

Wallace was already busy bitching about the underthrown ball to be bothered to actually try to make a play. Can't stand the way Wallace has played for us, but this really is on Tannehill. Bad miss for a pro QB. Wallace had beaten his man badly.

It's funny that people whine about whining when they are on a message board criticizing a receiver for failing to catch a ball that was clearly underthrown by five yards.

It is obvious that wallace has given up on Tanney. And I don't blame him. Hill sucks. Constantly under throws. Horrible accuracy. I'm sick of hill. I'm ready to move on. He was a reach as a 1 st rd pick. He will never be an elite qb. Time to clean house. Gm coaching and qb.

Well I think that he still has plenty of potential and could be good. He is better than most of the QBs that we've had since Marino. I too am frustrated by the underthrown deep balls to Wallace, but maybe they can improve their chemistry. I'm increasingly of the belief that Roethlisberger helped to make Wallace look good in Pittsburgh, because Big Ben was so good at throwing the deep ball.

Every catch is made because both guys did their job. Once Wallace stops dropping catchable balls, or goes up with a db to compete for a catch, then he can start talking. Quitting on the qb won't help anyone.
