Deer in Headlights look is finally gone!

Finally a coach that does not have this Deer in Headlights look as in the past coaches, including Saban. Cameron was the worst.
Seems to me he is a coach, a people person, and the team believes in
Coach Sparano.

Why would you include Saban in this?? He couldnt pick personel in the pros but, he is anything but lost on the sidelines. Dude can coach. Best college coach in the country hands down. If he had someone else selecting players for him(QBs mainly) he would be a beast in the league too.
