Defense + Jay = Victory......

I counted 6 picks that Cincy should have had. And a lot
more throws that were way off. I don't care if it's Jay or Sage
or my Aunt Madge that comes in, that performance sucked.
I could have done better, really, I could have.

it doesnt matter how many they should have had, they had 2 and one was due to feeleys inexperience, jay threw as many in one half against tennesee. Its not like defenders never drop passes thrown by fiedler

Jay should have been put in this game due to the fact he is simply more mobile.

And that goes from here on out until the o-line is fixed.

with those lame ducks fiedler throws they would have been picked off, but aj's passes have more zip on them.....that evident, with the chambers TD, went right through the guys hands, if jay throws that same pass, its picked off, plain and simple

I will say this whoever you guys like at QB doesn't matter IMO DW has to stay with AJ now because if you start flip flopin' QB's it's going to get even "uglyer"Tonight Joe Montana, Dan Marino themselfves wouldn't have stood a snowballs chance in hell with this sorry excuse for an o-line:fire: :fire: :fire:

All these comments on how the defense has won all these games for Jay, well guess what, at least he finds a way to win the game. Our defense played awesome tonight,
Yes, the D did. However like many many other times. When they are on the field to close the deal they fail. That is why this D will never be elite. They do it until the game is on the line, then fail. A couple of years ago Miami D was 1-4 in games that ended with them on the field.

Now for anyone that thinks I'm saying the D is at fault for anything. I am not.

I'm simply saying they cannot be counted upon to get a team off the field with the game on the line.

and AJ couldn't find a way to sneak this one out. I am not putting blame on AJ, I put majority of the blame on the O-line and play calling, but some of you underestimate what Jay Fieldler has meant to this team the last four years.
AJ is inexperienced. This is the growing pains you usually go through with a young QB. It will take time and he will make mistakes. No way around it.

Still say he was not worth a 2nd round pick, even if they have to wait a year for it. Its not like he was going to play for them anyway.

They'll never stop coming out of the woodwork.
Jay Fiedler has meant that a VERY important offensive postion has been ignored on this team for 4 years. Thats what he's meant to this team.

No matter who you would argue for to play QB, all of you would have to agree that the above statement is complete idiocy!

lets not mistake fiedler with mike vick guys,

Vick is one of very few, that can make plays, running it.....jay not one of them.

if you call making first downs making plays, ive rarely seen jay do that.

if you call jay running around for his life throwing incompletions, hey i agree with ya

Stating Jay would have played better or worse is mere speculation. The fact is if Jay had played he would be getting all the blame tonight while AJ is getting mostly a pass. Sure there are problems, but Jay has taken most of the blame when it just isn't the truth. It is a team sport.

I don't know how many games Jay has QB'd to wins for Miami but I think it would be close to 30. He has made some plays. He won 10 games last year and with a little luck it could have been 12. Crap, we were that close to winning it all. The problems with this team run deep. AJ will not last two or three games before someone cripples him up. Jay will get another chance before he's crippled up. I could block better than Wade Smith and I'm 185 pounds. He can't even get in the way.

Actually I taped it. Maybe I should make a special tape for you
of all the throws AJ threw that sucked when he had time.
How many do you think that would been? 10? 15? You're
getting warmer.

That's the question-how many throws did AJ make that should
have been picked or were off when pressure wasn't an issue?

And what was with the lateral back when he was being sacked?
I hope he turns it around and I don't care if Sage starts.
This isn't a Pro-Jay post, it's an "it's obvious AJ sux worse"
post.

Let me know about the tape and I'll send it to you
and you can decide.
