Where did you get this crazy idea from? I think that he is guilty of being too loyal to his mentor, Mike Sherman, but what has he done that makes you think that he has an inferiority complex? I see absolutely no indication whatsoever. I think Sparano probably had one, but Joe is highly intelligent and is motivated by the team doing well. I strongly doubt that he is concerned by the prospect of becoming expendable. We agree to disagree.
