Defensive Playmakers

It seems like Vontae is the only one making plays on defense. I actually get excited when they throw the ball his way. We need some guys to step up next season because one guy making plays isnt cuttin it.

cam wake? the kid doesn't even start! people need to realize what a playmaker is. playmakers are people who make plays constantly, the ones you can count on when you need something to happen. bell? hes good but not great in any mean. sean smith????? the kid cant even tackle and looks scared. playmakers are - palamalu,andre johnson, ed reed, randy moss, reggie wayne, derrelle revis, charles woodson, peyton manning, brian cushing...etc. not cam wake.

Right now the 4 guys on our roster with the most potential for making the big play, in order are:

1. Vontae
2. Y. Bell
3. J. Taylor
4. C. Wake

Porter's days have passed him by. There may be a cpl other D linemen for honorable mention, but not in the area of the 4 above.

I know what you meant. We do need these players. I'm just saying I like Cam Wake and Bell. VD seems to be our only play maker though.

yeah as a pass rusher only wake is really good but i really hope he develops for next year
