Deleted Threads

More and more I see threads being deleted. I skimmed over the TOS and noticed the moderators reserve the right to delete threads. OK that's fine, but what are the reasons for deleting them??? Last night there was a thread about Brock Forsey and him being a white RB and the thread did go off on a bit of a tangent. But why delete this thread??? Why not move it to the lounge if it isn't Dolphins related anymore?? Why even have a lounge if there is no place to discuss nonsense like this? I thought that was what a lounge was for anyway?

Or is it because this is a dolphins board and we have to shield people from the reality of controversy?

Because the thread had digressed into nothing but argument and fighting. We don't like that in the Lounge either.

That is a great idea. You have to delete for people to stay in a happy medium.
