Jones said that Delmas is running with the rest of the team, and is good to go.

Along with Albert, this is VG news. Delmas was important last year.
 
getting so pumped about this season. i am really interested to see who locks down the CB spot next to Grimes in training camp.

Agreed. Albert and Delmas were MAJOR concerns to start the season. Now, it appears both will be good to go. :)
 
i dont really remember delmas doing anything last year....
 
Very good news, defence really imploded when he went down last year.

His stats were only average but, he was the glue holding the secondary together and in position. He and Jones are a top ten tandem at safety.
 
good to go means little now. Game 1 then I will be happy more so on Albert than Delmas. Don't think Delmas is as good as some people here believe and besides he is always injured
 
Im pumped abt Delmas and Jones, one of the top safety duos in the league, probably the best Phins have ever had. Jones missed first 4 games last season and Delmas missed last 2.5. Add to that Finnegan got hurt in Det game, week 9 or 10, and we saw a lot Wilson and second stringers in the secondary. With another offseason together and if they can stay healthy, they should be wicked good.
