Certainly brings an element Miami doesnt have on roster. We dont have a big, strong, ferocious beast of a WR,that has great speed.A lot of people say Demaryius is slow, but actually hes pretty fast for someone thats 6'3,230 lbs.He just looks slow because he has long strides. He has huge hands, and actually perefers to run over corners and safeties. He definatly will complement Brain Hartline.

Final Word: In a scheme where the run comes first, second, and third, the ability of Thomas was not put on full display over the past few years. If he had been playing in an NFL pro set offense, Thomas could be the most sought after receiver in this class. But because of his lack of experience running the full route tree and reading coverages, he is going to enter the league as a raw talent that needs a lot of coaching. The ceiling with this player is just as high as any receiver in this class, yet he will likely be available in the second round. Considering his strong work ethic and love for all aspects of the game, one has to believe that Thomas is going to mold himself in to a top flight receiver in the NFL. Once he learns the little details surrounding technique, he is going to be a legit number one receiver that can do it all.

if we don't get Dez with our 1st rd pick, then we should consider Demaryius with our 2nd rd pick or one of them if we can get another 2nd rd pick...Final Word: In a scheme where the run comes first, second, and third, the ability of Thomas was not put on full display over the past few years. it was actually a last min. add on,so we're good, lol:up:

Looks like a legit receiver to me knows how to get seperation and looks faster on the feild than he will run. Good hands and runs like he wants to run someone over. Very good at blocking which is what we need when we have receivers like Ginn and Bess(I really like Bess). He is what we need!!!!

I wouldnt pick a WR this year....Not when we picked a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th (or was BH 5th?) rounders last year who could supposedly play the position...We need defense, and BAD!

Hmm. This Thomas guy is going to sneak himself into the latter part of round 1. I just think he will be another Boldin type of player, and a little bit faster. FOr those who said he is slow? According to what some draft sites have, they have him as a 4.5 guy, same as Bryant. Bryant may probably run a 4.4 in the combines, so he is a wee bit faster, but Thomas looks all the 4.5 speed guy. And that is very fast for a big strong WR.

I say Thomas will be a #1 WR in this league. And if some teams notice this, he will sneak into the first round.

Having said that, I would not go for a WR in the draft, unless its Bryant at #12. #43 needs to be reserved for our NT or SOLB. I don't see WR Thomas lasting to #43. Plus I think we should take NT Cam Thomas at #43.

I really, really hope we can get this guy. He is the exact receiver we're looking for.

It's almost like he has a turbo button once he gets the ball. I would love to get this guy.

we'll see if he runs a 4.5...i don't think he will...and i don't see all this separation down the field that people are mentioning...

he can run a 4.4 trust me he will if hes there in the second i think hes a must draft i dont think he wil be there though when its all said and done.

I don't think it really matters what he runs. He runs fast as hell on the field. That's all that matters to me.
