Does anyone know anything about this guy on georgia tech? he looks like he has some serious potential, does anyone know, if he is coming out and when he is predicted to go in the draft?

by the way has anyone seen Rutgers wr Sanu , hes a freshman and looks like hes gonna be a beast

He I believe is one of the top 5 ranked WR's in this draft . . . 2nd round projections right now.

he is big and fast + explosive he just dosent run good routes yet.

I watch a lot of ACC football, and Demaryius Thomas is easily the best WR in the ACC right now. He led the ACC in yards per game while playing in a triple option offense at Georgia Tech that basically only threw the ball when they absolutely needed to. And GT's QB Josh Nesbitt is a helluva runner, but a very erratic passer. Quite an accomplishment.

He is a very big bodied receiver who is excellent at hauling in jump balls and deep passes. With that said, I don't really think he's the type of receiver we need. We already have a few possession receivers, and a big-body in Turner. I'd be more for drafting a big play threat with speed such as Golden Tate or Mardy Gilyard.

I don't want to think that you're right but my guess is that you are. I like D Thomas quite a bit, but I don't see the explosion in him that we need. I saw a bit of Anquan Boldin this weekend, and he remains the template for a big bodied WR without great explosion who nonentheless gets it done and can be a go to guy. Can D Thomas be like that? In a perfect world, yes, but Boldin is a rarity. Just so physical, efficient, and effective. Still, if we went defense in the 1st round and Thomas was there in the 2nd- something to think about.

I keep thinking that a big, physical, fast #1 will allow the other role playing WR's to settle into their roles- those who are still here next year, that is. And that always seems to lead me back to Arrelious Benn. Also, if we could find a way to dump Ginn and his contract I'd be very happy to replace him with Gilyard. Easier said than done.

Best WR in the ACC easily easily. As VT Dolphan stated, he's leading the ACC, in a triple option offense that only passes the ball when they absolutely need to. Top 5 WR in the NCAA. I don't think he's coming out this draft though.

he's also leading the acc in 10 men in the box single coverage no safety help over the top looks as well...something to think about

Best WR potentially in this draft from the ACC? Yes...

Best WR in the ACC? I don't know....Jarrett Boykin might have something to say about that...
