Clean house. Honestly. We are not maximizing our talents at all, and that is a direct reflection of coaching. My biggest concern is getting a good OC in place...key number 1. Also, hire a offensive minded coach, hands down. Keep tannehill at QB...if you can't notice that play calling is holding this team back then you are blind. Tannehill will be a fine qb if we can finally have a creative offense. Draft o-line. Get an aggressive DC. Move Wallace around (I still believe he is a great WR...but no scheme at all to get him the ball). Draft a big WR. Hire any gm other than Ireland. The end.
