The steal of the draft could be Chad Henne. Its really hard to tell until real games start being played.
But, tell me the bears arent kicking themselves for not taking Henne in round 2. What is with the bears organization?? Who's running things up there? Cam? Seriously, when you go into a draft and your QBs are Grossman and Orton and you dont bother taking a guy who was a 4 year starter at Michigan and projected in round 2, youre kind of lost.
Can these guys play a regular season game, at least one, before we start crowing them? Preseason means NOTHING.
I don't have the heart to tell these guys that if Kevin Curtis is healthy Desean Jackson will be about 4th string WR on the Eagles depth chart. Some steal.....

Steal of the Draft: Colt Brennan

How can the steal of the draft be the No.3 QB on the Skins?
Preseason means something, it shows at least he may live up to his potential. If a player can get it done during preseason, u have hope he can do it when the games count. I guess we cant tell anything about Henne or Long from preseason and of course Donald Thomas will probably be a scrub because its only preseason
So if Favre was 31 for 31, 454 yards and 8 TDs in the preseason, that would mean nothing?
According to your profile you are 42 so you have watched long enough to know preseason doesn't mean anything. I can name tons of guys who were great in preseaosn only to disappear when the games started to count. No one was having as better preseason at WR than David Clowney for us, does that mean he's going to be a great WR? of course not.
Correct. 2 years ago Chad didn't lead the first team offense to a single TD yet opening week he led us to 3. All I care about w/ Favre is that he gets his work in and gets comfrotable and whtehr he perfomrs well(like he did last week) or poorly it doesn't really matter.
