I know we have a similar type WR in Ginn . . . but is anybody else getting chills thinking about having Jackson and Ginn back on punts and kickoffs . . . with our newly improved special teams unit. Also imagine the speed on offense with Ginn and Jackson at WR (Lorenzo thrown in the mix as well). I was looking at a few mocks, and I couldn't believe how much this kid has slipped. Some people have him going in the 40's (though some have him top 20 as well) . . . maybe just a fantasy on my part, and probably not best for the team . . . but man it sure would be exciting.

Unfortunately we have a short speedy guy who can return kicks and catch the rock. Any other time he'd be a great pick up, we need a WR but I'm pretty sure whoever that might be will be able to look down at DeSean. Let's get our defense fixed with our 2nd round picks and get a WR later.

Your draft is one of the better ones out there except we still need a guard.

Thanks, its more of a dream mock . . . but I have seen several mocks where the top 3 were available when we pick . . . so u never know. Guards can be had later in the draft, plus there is a chance Satele moves to guard and Mormino to Center . . . tho I wouldnt mind if Albert falls to 32.

Him and Ginn are both 6 feet . . . taller than many people realize . . . but still not the IDEAL size I want at WR. Those 2 would be a NIGHTMARE matchup for D coordinators for years and years.

i dont think we should take him if he is still there i think we should draft a WR with the 57th pick unless Malcolm Kelly or Limas Sweed are there at 32 but that wont happen

I agree with the nightmare part but the only problem I see with smallish WR is the Red Zone passes and the fact that makes a guy like R.Moss makes his office above the reach of CB's.

Agreed.

1. We already have Ginn (they'd give you the same thing, dont need 2 of them)
2. The tuna like big athletic players, which includes receivers
3. If we take Chris Long at the top, we need OL with that pick no matter what, IMO
4. If we take Jake Long at the top, we need LB and possible CB help with that pick

I believe Miami is well set at WR with the signing of Tab Perry. Perry is a big WR that can get seperation. Miami has Ginn, Hagan, Wolford and Perry now and I think that could develop into a productive bunch. Miami needs front seven help and o-lineman.

Focus on the trenches.

A couple of issues here..

Neither Ginn nor Jackson are 6 feet tall. Ginn is 5'11, Jackson is 5'9

Ginn was considering small when we drafted him at 5'11, 180 lbs. DeSean Jackson is 5'9 169 lbs. No thanks.

We will be going after a WR prospect in the 4th-6th rounds IMO.. which is a real shame because Andre Caldwell or Earl Bennett would be a tremendous pickup for us in the 3rd.

More of a???? How about complete fantasy world mock.

there is NO WAY we should EVER do that. you must be crazy.

we have SOOO many needs, and you want us to waste a 2nd round pick (which is really the last pick of the 1st round...on another guy just like Ginn???

you have to be kidding me

not a chance!
we need DB, QB, DE, LB, OT,OG...and you want to use it on a #4 reciever!

last time i checked...only one person runs back the punt at any given time...why would you need 2!

ok, complete waste of a post
