Either way, i set up that volley ball to able to spike down the fact that he has connections to the murders as much as i have a connection to how my best friend from high school beats his girlfriends (very sad to me but true). I know how ridiculous it is to sue, especially some shmuck on a forum. But the beauty of juris prudence is that you can sue just about anyone for anything.

He clearly types "in connection" to the murders which is false and a defamation to Jackson's character and any reporter doing so better be extremely careful to mention that investigators have cleared him of any wrong doing so it is very clear that "connection" is merely tied to his acquaintances.

But, since you want to be mr. Master debater, swallow it and like it because no matter how trivial the "can" may be, it still exists. The only way it couldnt, would be if the post was never submitted. You have zero debate there. The can exists no matter how slight. Back pedal at your own amusement if you wish.

And he does have a connection. He posts photos with known gang members, one of which was involved in a murder. Do we need to go over the definition of "connection" too? Hell, you contradict yourself in that very paragraph.

I find it quite ironic that Desean's "gang activity" has suddenly gotten out of hand. And what great timing, right? Over 10M this year.

Make no mistake, im not on the DJack bandwagon. Im just speaking on how these players are always getting played, when its time to get paid.

It is puzzling. If there was some interest, why not take what you can get? Sure, as a player he is worth more than a 3rd round pick but it's better than nothing

IMO, it was not about the 3rd round pick the Eagles reportedly wanted, it was the $27 million Jackson was due over the next three seasons that teams did not want to pay. With DeSean refusal to restructure his contract, it left Philadelphia with little choice.

While Jackson was not actually in a gang, his association with a member of a gang combined with what went on with Aaron Hernandez and the recent "bullying" in Miami, I'm sure a lot of teams have become reluctant to acquire DeSean right now.

ESPN is having a ****ing debate on what happens when you're in a gang, while in the NFL. All while Desean Jackson is saying he's innocent

There isnt any proof yet, but somehow, he's guilty until proven innocent? This **** is WILD!!!

So the Eagles never told the other teams, or the league, he was a gang member while trying to trade him, yet its the MAIN REASON now? K!
Episodes like this is why im PISSED about not being on the radio. This is some bull****!! These players need to stand up for themselves!
