Despite being favorite Garrard wasn't quite grasping playbook

geez, just about every report I read said Garrard is the guy who ran this offense better than anyone.

weird.

You mustve missed my report.

Garrard not knowing the playbook comes as no surprise. In fact, watch over the next few weeks reports like this leak out that the coaching staff was bothered by Garrard about certain things. They know by now that he stole from them and they will not want to let a pretty picture be painted for him so that he can scam another team next year. They will talk bad about him in the press. Little stuff here and there. One day, the whole truth will come out. Just watch.

I think that Garrard, whether he was struggling with the playbook or NOT, is probably NOT a great loss. He's definitely a guy who's game is suited better to the WCO than is Moore's, and I think he probably practices better than Moore. Moore, however, seems to be a QB who gets things done on the field despite his limitations. I think, in games that count, the Dolphins would get further with Moore than with Garrard.

This is why Garrard was listed as the number 1 on the original depth chart.

WOW B.S. I have faith in Coach JP,not this miss inform thread. His 1 on the depth chart 4 a reason.this the first I've read anything about DG struggling with the playbook..DAMN where those this joker's get there BS from....

"Sources Close to the team" tend to show up out of the blue when they support a move the team is thinking about making. Perhaps Miami is pondering a cut of Garrard? Who knows? But I wouldn't be surprised after seeing that tweet, and Tannehill's performance.

I'm not gonna vilify Garrard but do think that Moore is a better, more inspirational leader; we don't need a 34yo whose bad back is 1 hit away from IR when the other option is a guy who finished the season 6-3 with a top 12QBR and top4 long ball accuracy rating. This is probably for the best.

The little bit you see on Hard Knocks he looks lost! Kind of hard to run the hurry up with the qb slowing you down.

Boy, you really love some David Garrard dont you. Youre always sticking up for that bum.

Find where I am sticking up for him please. I asked the OP if this was his opinion as he posted the thread title with no link to a story. Never said I didn't agree with what he posted now did I?
