Here's a YouTube video from Shefter at BSPN where he breaks down what he feels are the best landing spots for Manning. Living in Minnesota I love listening to people ***** about where Manning is gonna go after having to sit through the Favre drama up here.

I really hope someone like Claiborne or Trent Richardson falls to us in the draft so we can trade back, maybe get some picks for next years draft. Grab Manning and then trade back up for Barkley next year? I know it's a long shot but that would be a dream scenario for me.

Manning scares the crap out of me as I am extremely worried that he will never play again. Though I have to admit that video gave me chills with Schefter calling Manning possibly the "highest profile free agent quarterback ever available in the NFL". Then follows that up with "The Dolphins are the favorites".

Though while he said KC isn't in the picture there was a report today that the Chiefs and Manning's agent have already discussed contract numbers, so they are obviously in play for Peyton.

If they do sign Manning, I still hope they address the position in the draft. There is a realistic chance that Manning would never take a snap in Miami, so they have to be prepared. Obviously Moore would be the starter in 2012 if Manning can't go, but what about down the road? Tannehill at #8 or #9 should still be in play. This isn't the same situation as Indianapolis where they are bringing in a rookie to start from day one. If Manning is healthy, you could have him for three or four seasons and then groom Tannehill to start down the road. Just like the Packers did with Favre and Rodgers.

I think that there is 90% chance that manning comes back to dam near 100%, u can count me in! I turn 36 tomorrow(coin flip, manning turns 36) my oldest sons favorite number is 18 and his birthday is march 24(same as manning). I just feel this!

like schefty said at the end of the video, the final playcall is up to number 18

Nublar - Where is this report? You said PFT in another thread but I don't see it on there, and 1) That'd be tampering 2) Any report you about tampering right now, unless its from the NFL itself, is complete BUNK.
