Does it matter to Detroit. I know, win or lose, they play for the division next week. If they win, are they assured of a playoff spot?

I know this belongs in the general NFL forum, but I thought I could get a quicker answer here, then feel free to get rid of it, mods
Does tonight's game mean anything for Detroit? Win or lose, they play for the division next week, right? Can they assure at least a wild card spot with a win tonight? What about Dallas? Do they have the number one sewed up? Or can they do that tonight?

The Lions clinch a Wildcard with a win, but not the division. The Cowboys have clinched the #1 seed.

Thanks so much. I have a soft spot in my heart for Detroit since the Barry Sanders days.

Oh, well, I didn't have high hopes, but had a little for Detroit. I think Green Bay is riding high right now and might take them out. I just read that if they tie, both get into the playoffs, so that's interesting.
