come on fellas....really

where is this stuff coming from? is he out for an extended period and I'm not aware of it?
 
Parker would not estimate on when he might return to action, including Sunday’s game at Buffalo.

“They said I had like an extra bone growing in my foot,” Parker said. “That’s probably where that’s coming from.”

Parker was referring to pain he felt early Monday, when he was ruled out of practice, although when addressing reporters early Monday afternoon, he said he was no longer in discomfort.

If it was a bone spur, not too worried. Can't tell you how often I have heard people refer to bone spurs as "extra bones."
 
Maybe its a sesamoid bone.. or a bone spur? (sesamoid is like a little island of bone (your knee cap for example, or little extra bones in the hand/feet are common_)

Could be something like that, we just didn't get anything more specific, hopefully he comes back all healed up..running out of time for this year especially with Rishard playing well, hopefully he has a strong year next year for us.
