Asking dez bryant if his mom was a hooker happened under irelands watch. Go behind his supposed friend & head coaches back to interview another coach happened under ireland. Poor drafts under irelands watch. Poor play & records under irelands watch. And now this under irelands watch. He is the emporer he is the beginning and end all. Please fire him asap
 
It's notrelad's fault. It's either tuna's ful, or Rosss faulto the coaches's fault of the players fault. Nothing is ever Ireland's fault!!

This guy should've been canned ages ago. In a roundabout way, this is Ross' fault. You draft thugs, head cases, and sign bullies and overpaid busts yet you won't draft Dez because his mom is/was a hooker?

Absolutely, he's responsible for bringing these characters together.

Ireland's continuously bad drafting forced him to pick up a low life creep like Icognito and looked the other way on Icognito's history when he was playing well.

Ireland is as clueless at understanding the character and make-up of men as anybody we've ever seen.

He needs to be the first one shown the door. It's HIS team.

Agree! Although with Ireland you will always know if players mom are prostitutes or not, and that's an immeasurable GM contribution.
