he was very highly regarded at LSU, I am just stunned nobody drafted him at all. Was he that bad at the combine?

At the combine, Highsmith measured only 5'11 1/2" and 230 pounds. The worst part was he only ran a 5.02 second 40 yard dash . Really slow for a linebacker.

This happens to plenty of big time college players. Buster Davis was a stud LB for my noles but I don't even think he's on an NFL team right now and if he is he never gets any PT. I wonder what will happen with Tim Tebow when he graduates...

Hope you know that the only reason Ali Highsmith didn't go to Miami is because he didn't have the grades. Kid was all Cane.
