did Anthony Davis declare for the draft?

If you are refering to the running back from Wisconsin, then yes. You should be able to see his combine #'s on nfl.com.
 
Yeeeeap and i think he will be a solid starting RB in the NFL. Had he avoided injury in his college career he would be amongst the top 3 backs.
 
Almost forgot. I think he was injured for like the first 4 games or something and the team struggled a bit. When he came back, he made a world of difference. He looked very fast/quick in the games I saw him in, but is 40 time was nothing out of the ordinary. He did look good whenever I saw him.

Yeah, I would think so. Possibly even much later than that. Like I said, his 40 was nothing out of the ordinary,and he is kinda small...5-7 or 5-8.
