Did anyone else notice?

Maybe this has been brought up already, but I noticed during the presser today that BOTH times that Peyton shook Jim Irsay's hand, he did so with his left hand. Who does that? Is his arm in that bad of shape that he can't even shake hands with someone? Hope I'm just being paranoid here.

If his arm was so bad that he can't shake someone's hand, he'd retire immediately. Hasn't he been throwing with Reggie Wayne and company in Florida during the offseason?

Types of Handshakes

2. Always, always, ALWAYS with your right hand. If you give a left-handed handshake, that to some people is as bad as throwing your shoe at a president. Want to know why? Because in some cultures, you wipe your ass with your left hand. Yup, its true: Look here.. So – drink (water) is in your left hand at your side (not across your body), your dry right hand is always free.

This.

After all that he has done for Indy, for Isray to just cut Peyton loose for a newer model simply because he's getting up there in miles and spent some time in the shop, Manning is PISSED. But he isn't going to air it out in public because he want's to protect his legacy with the team, the fans and the city.

Looks like a right-handed shake to me. End thread.

Was the Op watching a tv in the reflection of a mirror?

The world may never know?

Mother of God. I didn't see the press conference but this screenshot proves this thread is the worst thread of all time.

And 4 pages of it that I just read through. I want my 2 minutes back! Screw this I'm getting some work done.

Uhm, it's his throwing arm. Why would it matter if his left arm was the one with nerve issues?

Ask yourself this, how often have you ever shook hands with someone left handed.

I've only shook hands left handed 18 times. It was when my right hand was greasy, hot, cold, had a beer in it, or injured.
