I remember seeing highlights of the game and the following scene of him being carted off, but was it a McGahee type of 'Oh crap did you see that' injury, or did it initially appear innocuous?
Did anyone see Daunte's injury?

Hard to say...anytime you tear 3 ligaments in the Knee its serious....but it looked less serious until he didnt get up.
Bottom line, he was hit low and from the side which forced his knee to go in the direction it was not intended to go.
