Did cutting A.J. Edds lead to Brady's record-setting day?

I think it had more to do with...

Hey, look, those guys are out of shape, let's play really really fast now.

Hey, look, that guy can't cover very well, let's throw the ball that way more often.

Hey, look, it's working, let's do it some more.

Neato, we win. I'm gonna go home and play with my hot wife now.

Hah! :chuckle:

excuses are like a-holes....everyone has one.......Did Edds install the hurry up offense that beat our out of shape defenders? Naaaahhhh. NEXT theory???

Obviously I think it helped them, but we had the same advantage with Yeatman. Fact of the matter is our defense didn't play well enough to win.

I dont think so they were just better than us..............

Plus when Edds joined 'em, he revealed that we might run bush up the middle, hence them puting Wilfork and Big Al in the middle.

No doubt he was grilled about our defensive mind set and play calling/coverage tendencies, he even stated that. That being said, we would do the same if we signed one of their guys. I don't see the sense in calling it cheating.

I believe it had something to do with how they played the offensive sets but we should have been smart enough to adjust. The no huddle just had us on our heels BAD!

All he had to do is tell who would be responsible for coverage in each formation, then find Benny Sapp for the TD.

Our idiot Head Coach thought it's overrated to think that ex-players give insights to their new teams.

Ya know, someone brought this up on Tuesday and everyone laughed and hated on him. Hopefully this is a chance for people who are so quick to dismiss "conspiracy theorists" for being crazy and actually open their eyes and see its an anything you can do to win kind of league. And Belicheat (lets not forget, he IS a cheater) will do ANYTHING to win.

Do you think there isn't a coach in the NFL who doesn't do this? If Sparano didn't game plan and put in new wrinkles after Edds signed there, than this is on him. I would imagine this type of thing is common place.

If we lost because of info Edds gave then this team is in more trouble than we thought. If they can look that bad just because a back up LB gives the other team info what's going to happen now that there is tape on us. Edds probably contributed in a small way, but to think it was a huge difference is just dumb imo.

Bill naming Edds practice player of the week was nothing but propaganda in his usual fashion.
